she is unique, to say the absolute least. ever since she was just a tiny toddler in playschool, she naturally garnered such a charisma that made her one of the most beloved people in school classes, between relatives and at work. despite that, she decides to keep to herself and make only a few close friends, leaving her admirers wanting to get to know more about the mystery that is lee eulmi. but if there is one thing that she has made absolutely crystal clear about herself to others, it's that she is educated, most especially in history and politics, and she is not afraid to educate others when they are incorrect or ignorant. she doesn't care much—if at all—about the latest trends in entertainment, fashion, memes and technology like most people her age do. due to that, she is considered the grandma of the group. on the contrary, she refuses to take care of anyone in a babysitting manner—hence why she isn't fond of children and pets. she isn't the warmest person in the world but neither is she the coldest. she is caring and wise while she is tough and vengeful.

REASON
| still rusty with her korean (refer to trivia), she sometimes misreads labels on medicine bottles, thus giving customers the wrong prescriptions. luckily for both her and the customers, the customers had been smart enough—in other words, they were wary of her—to double-check labels before intaking the medicine. immediately, they would realize that they had been given the wrong prescription,  return it to the pharmacy and obtain their correct one—and leave a complaint. if anyone had been harmed, she would have been fired on the spot. however, now that she had become far more aware of her mistakes and begged the manager for one more chance, she had been moved to the night shift, when far less people come in, to avoid a bigger mess.

| love interest gets hurt so she comes to the rescue because she is the only one in the store who has had proper emergency training thanks to her studying to be a doctor. if it's minor, it should be a really cute moment (for example, he gets a small cut and when she goes to put on a bandage they physically get closer, love interest notices how attractive and caring she is, she feels his staring so when she looks up they make eye contact but she looks away again and blushes while he keeps staring, she tries to finish up quickly but she is flustered and when she leaves and trips, love interest smiles and lets out a light laugh, shaking his head) or if it's major, it should be a heart-wrenching moment (for example, she is trying her best to help him until emergency services arrive but she can barely focus because she's sobbing and since she's scared she finally says "i love you").
