Backstory: Romanov Akira was born of a Russian immigrant to Japan and his Japanese private Investigator of a mother. He grew up inside his mother's office, the Police precincts and Local Hero offices as his fater worked as the Secretary for his mother and his mom didn't want to leave him in an office without his mom around. As Akira was surrounded by all these heroic influences he naturally gravitated to the various fan bases and studied his favorite heroes for hours at a time. His Quirk manifesting later than most as one day when he was coming home from Primary school he walked in on a Robber in his house. As the man tried to assault him he took on the the Visage of Crimson Riot. He pummeled the robber into submission and when his mom came home the man was arrested. After that dahy his mother taught him the needed skills to be a good Sleuth.

Akira's father was focused on making sure Akira would have practical skills and knowledge to survive in the real world and had him go to the best schools for his studies as a child. It was around his 12th birthday when his mom and dad were out on their Anniversary date when they both had been gunned down from behind. After he buried his mom and dad he swore to avenge them and bring the man who did that to them to justice.

Quirk Name: Heroic Manifestation
Quirk Description:Heroic Manifestation allows Akira to create Living apparitions of a desired hero or use a Weaker copy of the Imagined Hero as if it was his own.
Weakness/ Limitations: The user Can only use Heroic Visage or Heroic Projection independently as this would cause too much of a Mental strain and cause him to black out. The User is limited to increments of 15 minute intervals of usage of either Projection or Visage before he blacks out from strain.

Quirk Abilities:

Heroic Visage: User can take on An aspect of a Certain Hero of his Imagination. Such fire manipulation of Endeavor, Or Limited Tape of Sero, etc. The image of the Hero he is wearing is superimposed over him as an Aura. All Powers the Visage imitates are weaker Variants of the Actual Hero.

Heroic Projection: The User can create replica hero from his imagination. They can fight as that Particular hero normally would but their Power level is relative of the mental strength (Willpower) of the User. The User is also limited to one Projection at a Time.

Skills: Akira has a knack for Pick-pocketing, Lock picking, and sneaking, He has studied small arms and basic Mix Martial Arts. He has started to dabble in Cyber security/Programming.

Equipment: Lock-picking tools, Gloves for stealing things, a Hard plastic training knife and a High Powered Air-soft handgun, Several bottles of Ibuprofen.
