- A body radically altered by the empowerment of the Silver Grail and Akeldama, an idea of new heroism forced on the world by arcane ritual. In addition to functioning physically on a level far beyond that of a human, numerous changes to Saber's internal workings have occurred which enable him to function without certain biological necessities an entirely material creature would require. Consequently he can continue to battle even on the verge of death, and will survive until he receives an obviously fatal blow. Due to this inhuman biology, Saber is highly resistant to magic and processes effects based on their concept, so that he is incapable of being harmed by poisoned or enchanted food, healed by a tonic appearing to be ordinary liquor, or experiencing other similar circumstances. Conceptually, he is a Servant despite not being a Heroic Spirit; a living existence empowered to fill the class container, rather than a dead one constrained by it.

- The "combat tactics" which are the mark of an experienced and stoic fighter. Saber is capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and can effectively deduce an appropriate course of action to triumph over a given predicament. Although as a human Saber possessed this ability at Rank E, it has improved significantly due to his empowerment by the Akeldama and subsequent polishing of his skills against heroic and monstrous enemies. At this level, even a 1% chance of victory can become a reality.
- Predatory Charisma: C
- At times the appeal of a dangerous rebel, at others the refinement of an older gentleman; the charisma associated with a natural predator appears in any society. This represents the natural talent to lead, command, and manipulate, focused through Saber's particular approach to humanity. Whether Saber is truly capable of becoming a legendary military leader or statesman is uncertain, but his experiences have demonstrated him to be an outstanding leader on a small scale. Saber's charisma is enhanced when attempting to persuade or court women, and further so if the other party appears particularly youthful.

- A "magical genius" which imparts the capacity for enormous improvement in proficiency with orthodox and unorthodox magic in a short period of time. Although he possesses only the knowledge of an apprentice, Saber possesses an enormous ability to improvise new magical techniques and undertake research in the absence of a teacher, as well as the rare insight into the flow of mystic energy necessary to practice magic entirely without the typically essential tools of incantation, crest, seal, rune, or inscription.

- Rank C Anti-World Noble Phantasm. Saber's cloak functions as a portal to the world of his origin and element, Imaginary Numbers. What passes through it does not return.
- Pelt of the Nemean Man, Heldenhautrüstung:
- Rank B Anti-Attack Noble Phantasm. A suit of armor reinforced by merging the invulnerable golden skin of Achilles into steel via an arcane smithing process impossible to one not a conceptual entity. Although Achilles was originally defended by his divine relations against weapons more divine than himself, this protection has been warped by its replication through magic circuits aligned to the Imaginary Elements; it now protects by a new method, though one no less tied to divinity. Completely negates all attacks within its capacity not originating from the Imaginary Elements. Those of Rank higher than B, however, will only have their damage reduced rather than being entirely negated. Against attacks aligned to the Imaginary Elements, this Noble Phantasm will seem to be only an ordinary suit of steel plate armor. The design is ostentatious.
- The Key of God, Heiligöffnungschwert:
- Rank A+ Anti-World Noble Phantasm. This weapon is "The Key and the Gate," a holy sword blessed with power over Nothingness. As long as Nothingness exists, this blade cannot be damaged or dulled. Physically it is a hand-and-a-half longsword, with a blade of an uncertain, non-reflective black material and an ornate hilt and pommel of silver and carved jewels. Since the edge of its blade is actually a gateway to the world of Imaginary Numbers, there is no substance that this weapon cannot cut through. In addition, by expending a great deal of energy, Saber is able to exert miraculous power over that realm through Heiligöffnungschwert.
