:- keep all the owner details handy like registered pH no, email, DOB, billing address 2- At about 2-3 am call the amex helpline number and tell them--- "sir I was trying to reset my amex online account password and it asked me for DOB but even after entering it correctly there was error " --- after this they will ask u any 2 security question after that u can easily reset ur password online as it will ask only month n date online NOTE- they will never ask you otp coz they can't ask it's against their rule or any banks rule as banks customer service can't ask you otp
