If someone's last wish was to be cannibalized by someone else, the impact of if it should go depends on what clause the cannibal would get. Either into trouble or a perfect status.
Or unharmed.
If the cannibal would be attacked, then no, it wouldn't go through.  If everyone (anyone)'s fine with it, and there would be no future attacks, maybe.
Because if it's attacked, that's dishonoring the person's dying wish.
If they let the cannibal eat him/her, it would bring honor to him/her.
But generically, I really don't know. Everything else is my emphasis of it.
