An indestructible bubble that should block her ability to draw your magical energy through her Mystic Eyes. "It's no problem, Medusa. We aren't going to die, no matter what you might do. I care about you a great deal, and so does Sakura. We're going to stop your suffering, and finally let you be happy." You take a step in synchronization with Sakura, the bubble moving along with you.

"No! Stop! Don't!" Gorgon tries to warn the two of you from coming any closer, but you don't heed her words. With a barrier of truth around you, you're fairly certain that none of her abilities should be able to reach you. After all, Pandemonium Cetus will actually require your magical energy to be able to flow out of the barrier, which should be impossible. Not to mention you're certain that the magic itself shouldn't be capable of reaching you through a barrier like this. You take one more step forwards with Sakura, and then you realize your mistake as Gorgon finally looks up to face you, not with her Mystic Eyes, no. But with her blindfold still adorning her face, wait a minute! If she...

"Breaker Gorgon!" Gorgon screams in pain, and everything starts to go dark, as the world fades away you can see Sakura falling to the floor for a moment, without any light left in her eyes, and you follow into the void mere instants later.

You... Can't believe you forgot about Breaker Gorgon not needing her to have any sort of visual connection to function... You... Oh, you're still alive, it feels like. Sakura is laying face down in the sand next to you, so you quickly hoist her up and carry her on one of your shoulders. So, this is the Gorgon's inner world? You look around the beach, and nearly jump back in surprise when you catch sight of the ocean. It's not just the color of blood, it is blood. A colossal ocean of crimson spreads out behind you, the sand on the beach is bleached white, like crushed down bone powder. If this is the world of nightmares promised to those under the effects of Breaker Gorgon, then... well, it wasn't wrong. In front of you is a dark forest, the trees are twisted and dead. The fact that you're still here means that despite being under the effects of Breaker Gorgon, your barrier of Truth on the outside world is still holding up, which means that Gorgon isn't going to be able to devour either you or Sakura while you are trapped inside her mind.
