Adam is concerned friend again

Alexithymiaa: Alexithymiaa: -Adam sat on the couch of the comic shop, a few stacks of comics sitting on the table in front of him. He was in the process of sorting through them from the box next to him, stacking the like ones together in different piles.-
Tsaaq: Hayley had her headphones in as she straightened up some of the shelves in the back of the shop. She bopped to the music playing as she went to walk the perimeter. "What are you doing?" Hayley asked in an unknowingly loud voice. // Bliss stood at the counter as she glanced around the shop as the small amount of customers in the store.
Covet: Eli had been in the office filing away some paper work stuff, and had come back out, walking behind Bliss, putting his hands on her waist for a second as he slip behind her. He leaned down and pressed a kiss to the side of her head. "Staying pretty calm out here?" He asked her as he made his way around her and started getting into the safe to pull out the reciepts from earlier in the day.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam turned in his seat to look over at Hayley when she basically yelled across the shop, gesturing his open palm in a downward motion in an attempt to get her to lower her voice. "Organizing the new stock."-
Tsaaq: "What about a sock?" Hayley asked as she tilted her head before pulling out one of her earbuds. "I'm not wearing any socks. These are sandals. That would look weird, babe." // Bliss nodded her head at Eli and turned to smile at him. "All clear on the western front." She replied. "Have you been watching the cameras since we got them installed."
Covet: "I have, and I haven't seen anything suspicious yet. Though.. there were a couple of people who came in and browsed sepcific sections before leaving again. Could be casing the racks maybe?" Eli told her as he started counting the reciepts making sure they added up to the correct debit and credit amount on the report.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam slowly dragged his hand down the length of his face with a sigh at Hayley's ridiculous misinterpretation of his words. "Stock. Organizing the new stock. No socks. Although I think Eli ordered DC socks in the new shipment."-
Tsaaq: She shrugged her shoulders. "Socks don't go with sandals." Hayley said with her eyebrows furrowed. "Need any help?" She asked. // Bliss pursed her lips and leaned her elbows on the counter then leaned over as she listened to him. "Well, I'll keep an eye out."
Covet: "Sounds good. I definitely don't think it's an employee though, so that makes me feel a lot better." He told her finishing what he was doing then put the zipper bank bag back into the safe. "How do you feel about talking to Tae and or Drew on Thursday?" He asked standing back up leaning against the counter with his back facing the shop as he looked over at Bliss.
Alexithymiaa: "I wasnt insinuating you should wear socks with sandals. That wasnt..." He trailed off, shaking his head. "Nevermind, but sure, if you want to help I could use some help." He reached into the box to grab another few comics, distributing them into the appropriate piles.-
Tsaaq: Hayley took a seat beside him and looked through the piles of comics and began stacking them accordingly. "I talked to Tae yesterday..." // She nodded her head slowly. "I doubt any one working for you would do that to you." She patted his shoulder. "Thursday is fine."
Covet: "I assumed as much, but you never know. Plot twists happen all the time." he said with a chuckle, then nodded his head, "Alright, did we want to talk to them both at the same time, or just Tae? " Eli asked.
Alexithymiaa: "Oh yeah?" He asked with a raise of his brows, glancing at Hayley's face before reaching his hand out to add more comics to one of the stacks.-
Tsaaq: "It wasn't good." Hayley said with her teeth gritted. // Bliss turned to glance at him curiously. "Stop that. No one wants to steal from you." She said. "I suppose the best is to have both of them at the same time is fine."
Covet: "Yeah. We'd probably know if something were suspicious when talking to them at the same time. We can invite them over, or we can go over to the estate." Eli suggested.
Alexithymiaa: "Why wasn tit good?" He asked, his brows furrowing as he leaned in a bit closer to her so he could lower his voice. "What were y'all talking about?"-

Tsaaq: "Drew." Hayley pursed her lips as she looked to the table. "She said a lot of shady things." She murmured. "And shady as in it was bad not shady as in rude or whatever. I mean like skeevy." // "Maybe the estate is better because Gram gram and intervene in the event that anything goes wrong."
Covet: "Yeah that'd probably be for the best then." Eli said with a nod. "We can swing by and pick up Tae, unless she's just going to meet us there. I'll find out for sure tomorrow."
Alexithymiaa: "What kind of shady things?" He asked, his work slowing until he was just sitting with a stack of comics in his lap anxious to listen.-
Tsaaq: "Like Drew hurts her maybe. She always back pedals when she slips up. It's hard to say." Hayley replied as she lowered her head. // "Just let me know. Either way is fine." Bliss said. She stood up straight and began to wipe down the the counter for closing.
Covet: "Of course, you'll be the first to know." He told her as he watched starting to straighten things up. He took a deep breath and took the bottle of cleaning spray and a cloth so he could wipe down the tables around the shop.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam sat in silence for a moment, his conversation with Eli kind of coming true now. "I talked to Eli about this already. That I thought he might be capable of hurting her..."-
Tsaaq: Hayley shook her head and lifted her hands. "Well... I don't want to be a snitch or anything. But if he is she's very bad and covering it up. But as far as looking at her I don't see it. Except-" She paused. // She sighed as she continued to wipe down the counter. "Do you want to see Infinity War any time soon? I'm dying to see it."
Covet: "Oh, of course, Yes. Absolutely. I'm so sorry, I'd completely spaced it with everything else going on, We could go tomorrow? or sometime this weekend if you want." Eli offered to her.
Alexithymiaa: "It's not being a snitch. She's your friend and if she's putting herself in a compromising position, someone who can help her, needs to know about it. Which is why i expressed all of this to Eli last week. I really believe Drew is dangerous and I dont want to wait for there to be proof to find out."-
Tsaaq: "Yeah but." Hayley rolled her eyes. "Apparently she's pretty annoyed with all of that." She sighed. "Drew is dangerous?" Hayle squinted her eyes at him. "Yeah maybe, who cares? What's your end game? Getting him put in jail?" Hayley asked in an angry whisper. // "Tomorrow is fine." She smiled at him. "I'm not doing anything after all." Bliss winked.
Covet: "Tomorrow it is.I look forward to having a great movie night with you." He told her walking back over to give her a sweet kiss. Cause any thoughts of doing fun things was good to him these days.
Alexithymiaa: "Annoyed with all of what?" He asked confused. "Who cares? I care, Hayley. I dont want anything to happen to Tae. She's like my little sister. With any luck she'll open her eyes and understand that the relationship shes in isnt as beneficial for her as she originally thought."-
Tsaaq: "Okay Adam." Hayley said in a monotone. "Noticed how you completely dodged the endgame question. What does that even mean? She gets all pissy with her actual brother what makes you think she'll actually listen to you?" She grumbled. "And she's annoyed with you being all up her ass about it like you are now. She doesn't think it's your problem so obviously the sibling thing isn't requited." // "Popcorn and slushies because the weather has been so good lately."
Covet: "Ooh, slushies, Yes. And popcorn, maybe we'll even splurge for the caramel corn." He told her with a wink.
Alexithymiaa: "My endgame is just for her to not get hurt? I dont understand why you seem so irritated with this. You seemed to feel the same way about a week ago." He brought his hand up, running it over the top of his head. "I'd rather have her be pissed at me than end up in the hospital because no one took the situation seriously. I think its pretty obvious Drew is dangerous, regardless of what you want to accept. I know he's Bliss' cousin, but he's made it pretty clear he can't control his temper. So it might not be my problem, but she's still my friend and I don't want her to get hurt. If you dont want to be a concerned friend, that's your choice, but that doesnt mean I have to feel the same way." He dropped the stack of comics he was working on sorting through back into the box, pushing up to his feet. "I'm going to get ready to close up." Grabbing the box, he walked away from the seating area, heading straight into the back room to put it away.-
Tsaaq: She crossed her arms over her chest. "It's not that I don't feel the same way. It's that you have to be so annoying about it that it makes me not want to care." She muttered as she remained seated on the couch. // "I don't know about the caramel corn." Bliss said with a wave her of her hand before watching Adam walk away then turning to Eli.
