The guide

The first step is to go into the sub world to get a shellmet and a shell. After you've done that, you need to get to the top right to get into the door guarded by a muncher. To get up there you could do a tricky move to kill the muncher, however that won't help you. You will notice you need a pow to get into the door and if you use the elevator, the pow will be on another side of the one way gate. So you need to activate the vine block in the bottom right. There is a door leading to it, but vine blocks are a pain and it would just reset! So you need to set up a pow for the shell to bounce off of into the hole. You will kill the muncher blocking the ? Block at the same time. Boom you have a vine. Now before climbing up. You need a pow, so go grab it and use the item elevator. Now use the pow to get into the door. Now that you have the spring you need to go through a door then back to reset a muncher. Now where the p switch is, go underneath it and bounce the pow above the spring, and that is the puzzle!
