Coat and corset:  Looks basically like Blake from RWBY,except with sleeves. (http://images.wikia.com/rwby/images/4/4b/Blake_3.png) Shoulders are sort of filly/crumpled/poofy like a dress.
There's a big ribbon around the waist, with some fancy embroidery.
(whole upper clothing is sort of tight and form fitting)
Hair has a golden bow and worn down.
Bottom: Miniskirt, then a longer knee-length skirt underneath that (these are also somewhat tight, meaning they don't spread out when she's jumping).  Nylons.  Thigh-high boots.
Has a the Lightsworn Rapier (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Lightsworn_Sabre) tied to hip.
