- Comeback Mechanic: Resolve Mode. Gains more Damage, Heat Gauge (Meter), and Super Armor on Startup on 20% Health
- Health: 750
- Style: Stand (Passive)
- Playstyle Summary:
- So Ringo is easily the weirdest character in terms of playstyle, due to his two central mechanics; Bullets and Mandom. Bullets are vital to Ringo’s Heavy Attacks, as they are ALL gun-related. He fires his gun for all of them, so because I don’t feel like repeating myself, here’s the basic things all of Ringo’s Heavies share. They’re quick, 2 Frame projectiles that move fast and deal good damage, around 50-100 Health on hit depending on Balance, and they’re also hard to block, like a western quick draw,as Ringo is fast on the trigger. However, keep in mind how Ringo has only 6 Bullets, and needs to reload them, which he does this by either Taunting or Crouching, with the latter having him slowly place his Bullets back into his gun,as essentially a Charge for all of his Heavies.
- Ringo also has a different Style Button from anyone else on the Roster. While he is labeled as a Stand Character, he lacks the standard Punching Ghost entirely. Instead this Button is tied to Ringo’s ability to rewind exactly 6 Seconds back. At the cost of a Cooldown and a Bar of Meter, Ringo is able to use Mandom to Rewind. This will put everyone into the exact position where they were 6 Seconds before the Press. This is amazing for a Fighting Game, but comes at the cost of Meter and Ringo lacking Specials. Ringo is also from Steel Ball Run… in All-Star Battle R. That means he also has the ability to collect Jesus Christ’s Mummified Corpse for Stat Bonuses. Let me get into them real quickly.
- Basically collecting Corpse Parts is simple. Crouch while near it to get the Part. This will boost Ringo’s Health, Meter Gain, and will also decrease how much Meter is required to use Mandom. One not reducing it at all, 2 reducing it by half, and all 3 requiring none to be used. Keep in mind the 6 Second Cooldown. Ringo can lose these Corpse Parts by getting knocked down so don’t get reckless. Ringo’s Health is already low enough as is.
- ----------------
- Assist
- ----------------
- Ringo has a Tricky Assist where, at the cost of being able to be hit out of it, and only having a single Defensive Assist, Ringo will use Mandom to rewind the Clock 6 seconds. If Ringo can abuse this with Meter, imagine how someone like Dio or Risotto would. Thus why it’s Laggy and only has 1 Defensive and Offensive Use.

- Tints
- ----------------
- 1: “Default”
- 2: A Dark Red Recolor with Black Hair and Holsters. Meant to give off the vibe of Bloodlust.
- 3: Ringo wears a Green Shirt, Brown Pants, and has Blond Hair. Meant to give off a Naturalistic Vibe.
- 4: A Pink Recolor with Brown Hair, referencing Ringo Starr’s appearance in Sgt. Pepper.

- Intro
- ----------------
- An animation similar to his introduction in Steel Ball Run plays out. Just imagine on a consistent level and without the shack.
- ----------------
- Normals
- ----------------
- Standing L: Simple Knee. A bit stubby but also is 5 Frames and easy to combo out of.
- Standing M: Ringo throws a Hook. Simple 10 Frame move that has Range, but is also a little laggy.
- Standing H: Gun. This is the first Gun Move. Fast, Frame 2, can be Spammed, and deals some serious damage, it’s a Gun why wouldn’t it? Do remember that this Gun has limited Ammo, and you’ll need to either Crouch or Taunt to regain your Bullets. Goes into this Pose during the Firing.
- Crouching L: A Simple crouching Punch. Fast, Frame 3, with Range, but is Weak.
- Crouching M: Ringo does a Headbutt. Laggy, Frame 15, but has decent Range and is Armored before entering into Resolve. Does good damage too.
- Crouching H: Ringo crouches while shooting the Gun. Otherwise the same as Standing H, so same Frame Data, Range, and Power. Enters this pose upon firing.
- Aerial L: Ringo does a Lunging Knee. Stays out for a while, 15 Frames, deals decent damage, and is a decent Combo Starter. Is also pretty Stubby.
- Aerial M: Ringo fires his Gun straight. Frame 2, launches Ringo Back, and is still a Projectile.
- Aerial H: Ringo fires his Gun Diagonally Down. Great move to cover grounded approaches, but is slightly slower, Frame 4, still deals the same damage, but this move has a Bonus. Ringo is the only other character able to Air Block in ASBR. So this move can be held to act as just a Block. Costs Meter though just like Zeppeli. The Animation uses this Pose for the Animation.
- ----------------
- Command Normals
- ----------------
- 6H: Walking Shoot. Ringo walks forward while shooting his Gun. Frame 2, and has reduced Range due to Ringo walking forward while Shooting.
- 1H: Upward Shoot: Ringo shoots his Gun upwards at a 45 degree angle. Can be done while Crouching, Frame 2, Dumb Range and Damage. Ringo goes into this pose while Firing.
- 3H: Downward Shoot: Ringo does a Frame 1 Shot of his Gun downwards. Lacks Range, albeit still is really good, but it does have a wider “Dust” Hitbox that covers Ringo quite well. Has some endlag that can be Flash Canceled out of. Overall this move is pretty good not bad. Takes on Bullet and uses this Pose for the Animation.

- Against Wamuu: “You seem like an honorable man. Let’s fight.”
- Against Hol Horse: “A Cowboy whose Stand is a Gun? This should be fun!”
- Against Mista: “You seem to be the lucky type, now let’s test that luck in a duel to the death.
- Against any Time User: “Your ability seems to manipulate time. That means I can reveal my Mandom to you. Mandom is an ability that allows me to rewind 6 seconds forward in time, and 6 seconds back in time. I hide nothing else.”
- Outro
- Default: That was a great duel and I seek to honor you in the future.
- Default 2: “Five Steps and the power is too weak, even if the aim is accurate.
- Default 3/Against the Time Users: “That battle sure was a tough one, but I’ve prevailed in the end.”
- Dittos: For an imposter, you put up one hell of a fight. I’ll honor you in death like I would anyone else.
- Against Gyro: Like I told you, you didn’t have a chance because you lacked resolve. No wonder you died so easily.
- Against Valentine: “For gaining my respect, I’ll do what you want and spare you as such. Where should I head to?”
- Against Joseph: “Damn cheater doesn’t know the rules of a Quick Draw. At least he died here so good riddance.”
- Joesph if he wins: “Duels are dumb by their very nature, and thus I decided to cheat. I don’t want to kill you so deactivate your time loop and we’ll be good, capisce?”
- Against Wamuu: “You truly know what the True Man’s World is about even better than most of the humans that I have met. I wish to train harder so we can eventually rematch if possible.”
- Against Hol Horse: “Stand User to Stand User, this was the best Duel I’ve ever had and you understand the True Man’s World immensely. Thus I’ll make an exception and allow you to live. I hope we can duel again another day.”
- Against Mista: “That was a great quick draw, but your resolve wasn’t good enough. Looks like your luck ran out.
- Others
- Joseph’s Your Next Line is….: “Damn cheater! Fight me like a man you imbecile!”
- Josuke’s Hair Insult: “You do realize that hair of yours makes your head a bigger target, correct?”
