Pool make out things

Alexithymiaa: -Steph was in the pool doing some laps, keeping a steady pace as she reached the end of the pool. Flipping forward through the water, she pushed off the wall with her left foot, propelling through the water toward the other side of the pool. When she reached the other side, she resurfaced, putting her hands on the edge so she could catch her breath.-
Covet: Felix was watching Steph do her laps as she swam back and forth. He had a timer in his hand just cause he was curious about her times so far, because she was going to have to do well in order to impress a college team. He'd been texting his mom as well about his gallery opportunity and all the updated progress. When she came up he called out to her, "It was faster than your last set. By a few seconds. That's improvement. Mom says Hi and that she's proud of your improvement since the surgery."
Alexithymiaa: -She hooked her arms over the side of the pool to keep herself above the water, dripping her chin onto her arm. "Really? Well once I can turn on both legs it'll be faster." She took another deep breath, smiling widely. "Thanks mom. Is she melting?"-
Covet: "Mhhm, Still gonna have to put the work into it for the school team, but I don't have any doubts about you catching up." He said with a smile, then nodded his head, "Yeah, more or less. But she says it's nice and cool in the house. She said she'll come rehydrate up here in a few weeks before classes start back up."
Alexithymiaa: "For your show?" She asked, planting her hands on the ground and pulling herself up and out of the pool, twisting her body to sit on the edge, but also sort of shaking off like a dog. "I feel like we havent seen her in forever even though it's only been a couple months."-
Covet: "Yeah." Felix said with a nod, watching her as she climbed out and sat near him, shaking off. He flinched and put his arm up, while looking over at her. "She more or less said the same thing. You both are ridiculous. It's been like a handful of weeks. We've gone longer without seeing her." Felix said with a laugh.
Alexithymiaa: -She smirked when he flinched at the water spray, pulling her hair tie out of her hair and shaking her head violently to add more fuel to that fire. "I'm allowed to miss her! I don't exactly have that so let me just have this. I finally have family I like."-
Covet: "Hey.. hey, don't make me push you back in, woman." Felix said as he moved his phone out of the way. "I never said you weren't allowed, but you two are so dramatic about it." Felix said with a laugh.
Alexithymiaa: "If you push me back in, I'm taking you in with me." She retorted, pulling her hair back up and retying it. "We're women. This is what we do. We are dramatic. And that's not to say you're never dramatic, so shut up."-
Covet: "I'm dramatic when it's appropriate." Felix told her with a glare. " I didn't tell her about the motorcycles yet though... I didn't want her to freak out. But I was thinking maybe when you're cleared to ride, we can take a road trip to Tucson?"
Alexithymiaa: "Hah!" She cracked up, giving him a nudge. "Yeah, maybe leave that out for now. And eventually... we'll road trip to Tucson. When I'm cleared. I just don't know when that's going to be and I don't want to rush it if he doesn't think I'm ready."-
Covet: "No worries. I don't want to rush it either. But we'll put it on the books to do for sure." Felix told her. "But you've got nothing to fear. It will be fun to take a road trip like that."
Alexithymiaa: "I'm not afraid." She said a little too quickly, pouting. "It will be fun. I just don't want to jump into anything my knee cant handle yet, that's all. That has nothing to do with fear, just taking the necessary precautions."-
Covet: "You get pretty defensive every time I bring it up. What's that all about. I get being safe with your knee and all, but this seems like it's more. Tell me about it." He asked her reaching over to put his hand on her knee reassuringly.
Alexithymiaa: "It's not. It's..." She paused, looking down at her knee. "I just don't want to do anything to mess it up. It's been a really tough road so far and I don't want to do anything that sets me back." She looked up at his face, quickly adding. "But I'm not afraid."-
Covet: "You sure? It's alright to be afraid, whatever the reason." He told her. " We'll take it all slow, so there's nothing you have to worry too much over."
Alexithymiaa: "It's not alright to be afraid. There's nothing to be afraid of. I'm just doing what I'm supposed to be doing." She said with an uncomfortable shrug, kicking her feet through the water.-
Covet: "Right... " Felix said nodding his head. "Why wouldn't it be okay to be afraid though? That's a natural base human feeling." He asked curiously.
Alexithymiaa: "Because... because..." She paused, chewing on the inside of her cheek. "It's just not part of my repertoire."-
Covet: "Babe... regardless if you want it there or not... it's there. It's not a bad thing. I'm scared of things too." Felix said with a shrug. "The difference is, I don't let those things keep me back though."
Alexithymiaa: "Oh yeah, what are you scared of?" She asked, draping her arms over her middle. "You dont let anything keep you back. You're like... inhuman. That hardly counts."-
Covet: "I'm not inhuman. And it's not always physical things. Sometimes, it's emotional stuff." Felix said with a shrug. " I don't want to get into it now though, cause things are good. Don't need to go about jinxing that." He said to her with a smile.
Alexithymiaa: -She furrowed her brows as she stared at him, the inner battle between curiosity and trying to respect his privacy. "You know I'm not going to stop trying to guess without actually guessing, right?"-
Covet: "I know, but it's fine. You have your fears and I have mine. The difference being, I've come to terms with mine and accept them for what they are." He said looking at her, then gave her a smile. "In time perhaps?"
Alexithymiaa: "You make it sound so easy." She said with a small laugh, reaching for his hand to give it a squeeze. "You'll share eventually. When you want to."-
Covet: " Eh, It's not, but the more you do it, the easier it becomes. So there's that." Felix said with a laugh. " And you'll be honest about yours...eventually...when you want to. " He replied with his own squeeze of her hand.
Alexithymiaa: -She leaned over to give him a kiss before turning her head to look out across the yard, watching Penny rolling in the grass all wiggly like she does. Gazing beyond the river to the other side of the property, she tipped her head to the side. "You know what I always wanted as a kid? A swing. My mom wouldn't let us because she thought it would make the yard look tacky."-
Covet: "Well, your mom is like pretentiously tacky, so she would know. I think a swing would be awesome. We could get one." Felix said turning his head to her with a smile. "I'll put it together even."
Alexithymiaa: "Never stopped us from going to my cousins and climbing on their set like monkeys. I think it would be cool if we had one though." She turned back around to look at him. "I can help you. Afterall, I think I handle tools very well. I mean, look at you." She pressed her lips together tightly, trying to keep a straight face.-
Covet: "Wow.... wow.... That hurts, Red. So heartless.... " He said giving a sniffle, and a pout then gave her a shove into the pool. "Just for that, You don't get to help put it together. You can pick it out, but I get to put it together. No more tools for you."
Alexithymiaa: -She slipped forward into the pool, going under and resurfacing quickly, spitting out water. "Arizona!" She yelled, pushing her sopping hair out of her face. Reaching up, she grabbed his arms, attempting to pull him into the pool as well. "I'll show you a tool."-
Covet: Felix grinned at her quickly taking out his hearing aid, then took a breath as he was pulled into the pool. When he surfaced he pushed his hair back and blew the water out of his face. He was laughing and looked to make sure his hearing aid was sitting on the side of the pool and didn't fall in with them. Seeing it there safely he looked at Steph, "You're lucky I was halfway prepared."
Alexithymiaa: "Should have seen that coming." She said a little slower than normal, knowing he was going to read her lips. She sank in the water, exhaling so she could go under and just staying there a minute before swimming upwards. "Now it looks like we both need a shower." She moved in closer to him, draping her arms over his shoulders and circling her legs around his waist.-
Covet: "Yeah, or we can just hang out in here a little longer." Felix said giving her a kiss as his hands moved to her hips holding her close. They did pool make out things.
