>”I’m just saying that it’s not really fair, is it?” Lori says as she stands arms crossed at the door.
>”I don’t know, Lori. I wasn’t really considering your feelings at the time, how awful of me. Now, can we crash on your couch or not?” Luna says as she cradled a swaddle of blanket.
>Loan looks on from the foyer. ‘Oh! It’s Aunt Luna and Lyra! They’re both really good at make believe!’
>”Aunt Luna!” Loan yells as she leaves her hiding spot and runs to the door.
>”Yeah, whatever. Just- I don’t know- get back on the pill?” Lori says as she hears her daughter storming down the hall.
>”Sit and spin, Lori.” Luna hisses. “Hey, little Loan, whose on the phone?”
>Loan laughs.
>”That’s not how you pronounce her name.” Lori says beneath her breath. “Loan. Aunty Luna, Lyra, and her baby-“
>”Lemy.” Luna says.
>”There’s still time to change that. They’re going be staying with us.” Lori says. “So, be good, okay?”
>”Okay!” Loan says. “Lyra, let’s go play!”
>Lyra looks up to her mom, who replies. “Go on and play Lyra, take your backpack.”
>Lyra goes inside and follows Loan.

>After Luna has had a chance to tuck her bags away beneath the trundle bed, she begins to breastfeed Lemy on the bed.
>”Mind covering up?” Lori says.
>”No one, but us girls.” Luna replies. “It’s freeing.”
>”Can I hold Lemy after he eats?” Lyra says
>”Of course, baby. Shouldn’t be more than a few minutes. You remember how?”
>”Yes!” Lyra says excitedly. “You gotta hold the head and support his body and hold on tight!”
>”Okay. That should be good, you can hold him for a little bit before I put him down for a nap and then you should take one too.” Luna says as she hands the bundle to Lyra.
>”Ca-can I hold Lemy?” Loan asks nervously.
>”Hmm...” Luna says.
>”But I only get to hold him a little before my nap!” Lyra says.
>”Loan, you can hold Lemy later, okay?”
>”Okay...”
