My walls - poem

It's
more than
one thing, it's
multiple things, and it's
been stacking for months, falling
- falling for days. Walls.. surrounded me,
falling, tumbling, crashing around me - a feather,
for example, it can stack, layer upon layer,
days, months, years - *pop* small, is all it takes.
like a game of Jenga, I moved too low, too quickly;
its edifice teetering on the edge of destruction, slowly
but the ball keeps rolling faster, and faster,
soon I start to see, life, falls.
Block by block, one by one,
hollow thuds on the table,
my world, strong walls,
encased, a vacuum,
impenetrable, secure.
Fall.
