  4. [blocktext][size=96]It is the ultimate goal of all entities to survive, survive against all natures of hostilities that could hinder its success or safety. Thus, the governing body of such entities strive to protect themselves and supply their nation with adequate defenses. Furthermore, they must secure economic prosperity for their nation and attempt to effectively populate their nation with success.

It is with understanding of those aforementioned laws of nature, that we make do with our joint endeavor of the Federative Noocracy of Solm and the Imperial English Empire of St George to provide for mutual aims of opulence and security. Thus, through this aspiration, we consecrate this document to bond these nations in a forever agreement in the relationship of the Imperial English Empire of St George joining the Federative Noocracy as an amicable protectorate of Solm.[/size][/blocktext]

[blocktext][size=96]In the hopes of mutual security, prosperity, and success, the following documents are henceforth drafted to provide for an amicable relationship between the Federative Noocracy of Solm and the Imperial English Empire of St George. It is the aim of the following articles to proclaim this relationship and its doctrines to effectively establish St George as a protectorate of Solm. All the following articles have the power of law upon mutual ratification of the entities thereof, and upon such date that ratification is complete, the entities may appoint bureaus to ensure the consummation of the treaty. Henceforth named the Treaty of Girthon Bay.[/size][/blocktext]

  12. [blocktext][size=96]All trade between the two aforementioned entities shall not be restricted unless it could potentially harm either state's security. No tariff, nor tax, shall be placed on goods from either entity to the other. Such trade shall be free and unimpeded. No trade barriers, including those of government-enforced quotas or subsidiaries for producers, shall be enforced. There shall be free access to all economic markets for citizens within the respective entities with the other entity and within themselves. No government of either entity should impede citizens of the other to access market information. There shall be a free movement of labor and capital between the signatory nations. In correspondence with the former, there shall be no policy that could distort trade that could potentially allow a firm, household, or a factor of production to gain an advantage over others through government intervention. As such, firms shall be barred from having a monopoly or powers thereof enforced by either government. Henceforth, a free trade agreement between the two nations shall be in effect.[/size][/blocktext]

[blocktext][size=96]In the event of an invasion of the Imperial English Empire of St George, the combined armies of the Federative Noocracy of Solm shall defend to the fullest the nation of St George. The reason, or motives, of the invasion will not influence the action of securing the state of St George. Ergo, at all times, the English Empire of St George shall be protected by Solm. If a foreign nation attempts to invade or make war on the homeland or lands owned by the Imperial English Empire, than the military of Solm shall defend St George to the fullest regardless if it was instigated by the Imperial English Empire. Henceforth, the Imperial English Empire shall be protected from all threats to its sovereignty or security.[/size][/blocktext]

  18. [blocktext][size=96]In compliance with Article III, all representatives of the Armed Forces of the Federative Noocracy of Solm, or members thereof, shall have free access to all installations and land of the Imperial English Empire as long as they do not impede the private citizens thereof or harm the territorial integrity of the Empire. Hence, a plethora of military bases, designated by separate agreements, shall be granted creation rights in the Imperial English Empire of St George to house, supply, and act as a strategic defensive position for Solmian military. All supplies and monetary payments to build and upkeep such institution shall be solely provided by the Federative Noocracy. Solmian military movement, in accordance with national laws of the Empire, in St George shall be free and unimpeded whether by land, sea, or air.[/size][/blocktext]

  20. [align=center][b]Article V[/b][/align]
  21. [blocktext][size=96]The Imperial English Empire of St George shall contribute towards this relationship a virtuous addendum to their governing articles and be deemed the law of their state. In such addendum the following provisions shall be created: all offensive wars waged by the Imperial English Empire shall not be ratified nor can action be taken unless it has been approved by the Federative Noocracy's Borough of War. All foreign combat troop deployments that are in an offensive manner requires approval by the Federative Noocracy. Any and all treaties with foreign entities will require the same approval by the Federative Noocracy. No treaty made with other entities, foreign in nature, cannot be made regardless of cause, unless the guidelines thereof are followed.
