Warning: Uplift has a 50% chance of freezing the game in battle. This is fixed by just removing it from your allocation.
Warning: Beating the game with the frame pacer at something other than normal will break the final save. Just switch the frame pacer to 26. - Found by Ghasto

1. Kid at the end of the intro, Freezes before moving south to look over the edge of the teleporter you just used. - Fixed by using fast forward.
2. Kid after you beat Karsh and the shaker boys. She freezes before moving towards the grave. - Fixed by using Fast Forward.
3. Optional if you gotten Lenna instead of Kid. Kid freezes at the end of the event when you first get to Termina in Another world. - Fixed by using Fast Forward.
4. Zappa when you first meet him, freezes after he turns around to face you. - Fixed by using fast foward.
5. Zappa when you first meet him, freezes again when he starts to go back to the anvil after talking to you. - fixed by using fast foward.
6. Glenn when he turns around to look at you at Dario's grave. - fixed by fast foward.
7. Same event as above, Glenn freezes before starting to walk back to Riddel. - fixed by fast forward.
8. Same event as above, at the end of the event, Glenn and Riddel freeze - fixed by fast forward.
9. Nikki Route - At the end of the shadow forest, Nikki gets stuck. Not sure if it's just with the 3rd character or not. - Fixed by fast forward.
10. After waking up in the village after the Viper Manor and going outside, Kid will talk, you can't press the talk button, because she's supposed to move, but freezes in place. - Fixed by fast Forward.
11. The scene with Doc Freezes when Doc turns around to walk to Kid - Fixed by fast forward.
12. During the same event, the Doc will freeze when walking away from Kid - Fixed by fast Forward.
13. After Leaving Doc's House, Korcha freezes when trying to walk away from the party after talking to you. - Fixed by fast forward.
14. During the Scene after you get the Hydra Humor and where you go to talk to Kid with Serge alone, the Doc Freezes when trying to leave the room. - Fixed by Fast Forward.
15 & 16. Same scene, Mel walks into the room with Kid and freezes twice, one right after the other. - Fixed by Fast Forward.
17. After getting her brother and gone back to his home town, when you go to recruit Mel, she will talk to Kid, when they turn to move this will soft lock the game since the event will break as using fast froward after this point as the two characters will just collide and freeze in place.. - Fixed by using fast forward til after they move away from the characters.
18. Sprigg after coming out of Temporal vortex, Freezes when walking towards the party when you're in the Hydra Marsh. -  Fixed by Fast Forward.
19. Nikki after fighting the sage, he will freeze before he follows the sage. - Fixed by Fast Forward.
20. In the City ruins, you'll find a room to find out about Lavos. Norris turns around to leave, but freezes. - Fixed by Fast Forward.
21. In the Tower of Geddon, as you keep going on, you'll meet a Purple hair girl she will turn around and freeze - Fixed by fast forward.
22. After going into the Quick Sand at the Earth Dragon's island, an NPC will turn around and freeze. - Fixed by Fast Forward.
23. After coming out of the Sand Boil, the guy in purple will freeze and look at you. - Fixed by fast forward.
24. At the end of the same event as above, the guy in purple will freeze before going back to his original position - Fixed by fast forward.
25. Optional Event: Getting Orlha's level 7 tech, Doc freezes walk to Orlha durinng the last part of the event. - Fixed by fast forward.

Some Glitches that happen in events that don't freeze the game:

1. After the fight with Lynx and with Riddel in hand General Viper stands in place when he should have followed Lynx. Doesn't cause any freezing to the game.
