- https://pulses.xyz/ is a forum for sharing private databases. Some databases shared on Pulses contain breaches that the owners of the websites still do not know about to this day.
- The registration system has 3 "tiers" when you sign up you have access to a public forum, then you make an application for tier 2. Once posted you will need to receive 2 vouches from current tier 2/3 members. Then you be promoted to tier 2. The tier 3 registration is the same format just 10x harder due to the fact that everyone in tier 3 already has almost all known databases and then some you will have to offer some exclusive stuff to get in.
- Pulses also does a lot to protect user's privacy. IP logs are not kept, you can use a fake email, and if you're smart you'll probably even use a random alias/username. These are all just contingencies in case we do get compromised, but that is very unlikely as we have put a lot of work into ensuring the best security for our users.
