PD Incident [Non MVA] > Non motorvehicle Accident, General report for when going to a call that is not motor vehicle involved

Time Dispatched: Time in which dispatch called you to the scene
Time Arrived: Time you arrive on that scene
Time Cleared: Time you cleared your self from scene
Property/Items Found: When searched, or during a search warrant
Offenses (Codes, Description, Suspect): Codes can be found from citations
Was a tow used?: Only applies when vehicles involved if none click no
DETAILED Narrative of the Incident: Should place as much information as possible, from start to finish, could be used in court cases.
Once filled out hit submit it should now take you back to the report page

Incident Log: If you had to fill out a incident report then this will need filing too, include the times, locations, what happened, items or vehicle involved and names of persons involved example:
Evie Morris, 11/19/2018, HV sub station, SZYM intruder 2018 black

Shift Results: Was there an arrest? a citation issued? did you give them a written or verbal warning? was anything seized? if so list it here
Narrative: Everything from going on duty, to going to a call, to ending shift

Be sure always to get there name, date of birth, address, height, weight, hair color, eye color, always ask there age
Drivers license number where possible

List of charges filed: Again Codes can be found under citations. Also include the narrative from the incident report under the list of charges (copy and paste)

Citations number can be found from the citation page and its 4 numbers long
