- "Choi. C'mere for a sec." Choi let out an inaudible sigh before he entered his father's study. His father was a stone-cold businessman and never talked to anyone without a good reason. Choi was no exception.
- "What?" Choi muttered, leaning against the wall. His father smirked.
- "Did you know that there is a licorne in your school?" Choi thought for a second. Sure, he knew who his father meant, the girl in another class, who had a beautiful horn on her forehead. He didn't know her personally, but she was the most popular girl in the school. Of course he heard her name often.
- "Dulcet?" He asked. "Yeah. What about her."
- "Well," his father began, standing up to pace around the study.
- "She's from a long line of half-licornes, son. Licornes are remarkable creatures. Part-human, part-unicorn.
