Background: Nico was adopted into the López ever since she was a few months old. Growing up, she had always been aware that she was adopted and had developed a sense of resentment towards her biological family - if her biological father can leave an instruction that her godfather (her adoptive father) to take of her why can't he do the same. Her father (adoptive) is a mechanical engineering and he mostly work with cars - so at a young age, Nico's curiousity was piqued and it did not take long until she begged her father to teach her. Thus, it is not a surprise to see that Nico would spend her time with her father and she had grown to love cars more and more as the days passed by. Her relationship with her adoptive siblings were are really great, they are supportive of each other. Despite her young age of 12, Nico was already being taught by her father, mother and brother how to drive. At the age of 15, she had been joining races and even though she does not win a place, the fact that she can kesp up with professionals in spite of being a rookie, is something that she is proud of. However, Nico and her younger brother Lorenzo had been involved in a terrible car accident (which resulted to Lorenzo being comatosed) because Nico had crossed paths with someone who she should steered away from. This had greatly strained the relationship between her and Chiarina and she started the one thing that she loves the most - racing. It became so toxic to the extent that Nico had stated that she will be going to Seoul to find her family even of she cannot speak the language when she was 17. When she had first arrived in South Korea, she had unknowingly stumbled upon a street racing tournament. She did not expect that she would be encountering the winner of the race because the latter's car broke down and there was no one to her (the winner). Nico approached her and helped in fixing her car. She does not know how it happened but in the end, Nico found herself being the mechanic of the said winner's group. And slowly but surely, her love and passion for racing is coming back.

She is ferocious and would not hesitate to turn to violence if she does not get what she wants. You could say that she is quite foul-mouthed and is sadistic. The only way to appease her anger and snap her out of it is being reminded of her younger brother.
