So let me break down how he came to be
Go through my process a bit
>Smoked out playing some Dark Souls
>Lost all ny souls
>"Fuck it let me try to make a character"
So that was the headspace i was in lol
>Attempt to make a Kevin Nash knockoff
>Going through hair, found a goofy bowl cut
>"Oh, what about a He Man parody?"
>Now its a He Man parody
>Add veins, start doing attire
>Put some shiney tight trunks on him
>"Ooooh, you known who this looks like?"
>Im now making Rocky from Rocky Horror
>"Should he start out with bandages like in the movie?"
And then i realized he was a mummy
So thats how i landed on that
I felt like he looked too close to THE YETI from WCW
And while a sexually charged Mummy would be a great character, I thought "Modern Mummy" had a good ring to it and originally thought id call him that
And a humpy gimmick didnt fit that
So i tried putting him in clothes
And something about a mummy wearing the Mick Foley button up and tie was really appealing to me
So i tried to work off that
Originally i was thinking Vacuum salesman
But I had an AH HA moment while thinking of promo ideas
And liked the irony of life insurance
The name was gonna be Mark Mummanowitz
Purely because it was the first thing to come to my mind
And playing around with it in my head led to Sarcophowitz
And Mike just rolled off my tongue better
And then i messaged Robyn
....so i havent thought too hard about it lol
Id say hes def an OG mummy
He doesnt remember his life pre mummification

Id say that he got into life insurance because hes a genuinely good guy as a mummy
