  1. I, DestroyerArrighi1337, was Executive Branch Blacklisted for going rogue on Federal Protective Services back in August. At the time I was 'new' to nUSA (I joined around 2014 but only became active in August 2018). At the time I didn't really know what I was doing or what I was playing. I don't think I even knew who the Federal Protective Services director was at the time, I just went to a tryout, got a job and started performing it poorly. The going rogue started as I was arresting people for wearing Supreme clothing on their ROBLOX avatar, leading to me getting caught and stupidly going rogue as I was told that I was going to be fired. I don't intend to repeat this behaviour, and feel that it largely stemmed from me not knowing what I was doing at the time. I'm well aware now, and will not go rogue again. I believe that I have shown this recently as I have held a law enforcement job (Bureau of Prisons staff) and did not go rogue despite having an arrest tool, although I was fired due to my past. I think that it's unfair that one event that happened several months ago now has resulted in me getting permanently banned from all federal law enforcement jobs, especially when I didn't really know what I was doing when it happened. I feel that what I can do in nUSA has been heavily restricted to municipal law enforcement jobs, non-law enforcement jobs and being an civilian/criminal, none of which appeal to me as much as being a federal law enforcement officer. I'm hoping to be removed from the Executive Branch Blacklist so that I can attempt to get a new federal law enforcement job and perform it correctly, unlike what happened last time.

  3. I think that I've calmed down now and consider myself experienced enough to hold a federal law enforcement job and understand the implications of going rogue. I have no intentions to go rogue again and wish to prove this by holding a law enforcement job again. I have already been blacklisted from the agency that I went rogue in (Federal Protective Services), and intend to appeal my blacklist from them if I am removed from the Executive Branch Blacklist. I don't believe that I have been blacklisted from any other law enforcement agencies, so it's only the Executive Branch Blacklist that's stopping me from getting a federal law enforcement job. Since being Executive Branch Blacklisted, I've become considerably more active in the nUSA community than I was before I was blacklisted, and I feel that this blacklist is the primary thing that's holding me back. If I get my Executive Branch Blacklist removed, I intend to seek out a federal law enforcement job and begin making progress in nUSA as a law enforcement officer, rather than a largely useless civilian with no legal authority to stop crime in nUSA's cities.
