Leader Guide Preview of Suggested Changes

> In terms of the leader guides page, I think that another section can be added just to indicate if the guide is complete or not and if the guide is outdated or not. I liked the idea for /u/blvcksvn's idea of having a preface for the guide, but I think that it would be more helpful for viewers if they could see that information right off the bat on the leader guide page. I would also like to implement a grading system, but I think that's a much larger issue that I can discuss with /u/blvcksvn specifically.

> Secondly, I think the blurb under "Feel free to apply for leaders that have not been listed" should be changed. The blurb somewhat implies that users should only really apply for a leader if they have not been taken yet; however, I think we should mention that users are able to also take over already existing guides as well if a guide is very out-dated. To be fair, /u/blvcksvn notes in an earlier section that "if a guide exists but is outdated or contains errors, message the author, then myself if you do not receive a response". I think this information should also mention that users can possibly take over guides as well though.

> In terms of leader guide applications, I think that will be a far more complicated issue to tackle but i have a few ideas that I would like to discuss with /u/blvcksvn. I would like to talk to her specifically about how to handle applications for leader guides that are already written up. I think we should open up applications to allow users to apply for a leader guide even if it's already there in the directory.

> Lastly, I would like to make some UI changes just to make the leader guide page central look nicer and I would like to add some helpful resources for users on the leader guide page.
