Igor's passion is aviation and technology. If he's not flying, then he's buried up to his ears in projects in his workshop, tinkering the nights (and sometimes days) away in pursuit of the next great innovation. He's the one others turn to first in the event of technological disaster. There's nothing he can't fix, providing he's got the time and will to investigate the problem.

Of course, sometimes Igor's notion of "fixing" is a little different from that of others, and occasionally Igor's "fixed" technology goes on a bit of a rampage and causes some property damage. Nobody seems to mind too much, or at least seems willing to forgive him quickly (a fact which Igor attributes to his somewhat round body shape and easygoing personality).

Not all of his disasters are truly disastrous, of course. Igor's greatest mishap involved a crash-landing in unexplored wilderness, an event which lead him to meet the love of his life, Ikaros. The special bond he shares with her, and the way in which he happened upon it, lead Igor to believe that any and all accidents can be happy ones, providing you're willing to see them from the right angle.
