Hello,
my name is Bitwayiki Elias (Elias Bitwayiki) I am writing this email to get information on obtaining victim services, ive been experiencing cyber issues so i do not know if ill be able to get a follow up email all my devices have been compromised and I have been unable to obtain assistance in my situation which has continued to be drawn out causing people to be comfortable with a situation that isnt right. My ODSP number is 201984903 I am a 33 year old protected resident from rwanda have extreme difficulty and issues with social interactions due to being unable to address a criminal charge that was never concluded charges were stayed and i have been unable to appeal or get lawyer assistance with getting a pardon. I have a legal aid Certificate and have been in correspondence with legal aid in regards to questions and concerns, but have been unable to receive any follow up. It has come down to me just planning on staying at the hospital to assure my calls are ansewred and responded to me since people seem to be speaking for me to keep me in a destitute situation slowly degrading and lowering my quality of life. i am seeking any assistance at all in regards to this and will be following up with phone calls due to being digitally and cybernetically compromised im unable to change my situation due to fruads manipulating controlling and dictating things that have done nothing but hinder my academic progress. i look forward to you response thank you.
