3.1 What Face Data We Collect
When you use our face-swapping feature we collect image data that contains facial information for the sole purpose of processing your face-swap request.

3.2 Why We Collect Face Data
We collect and process face data exclusively to perform the face-swapping functionality. This data is necessary to create the face swap image and provide you with the service you requested.

3.3 How Long We Store Face Data
Your face data is stored temporarily and is encrypted in our processing queue until your request is processed. We temporarily retain face data solely to complete your requested face swap. Once the image is generated and delivered, we immediately overwrite and delete the original data. So, once the face swap is completed:

    We immediately overwrite the original images 20 times with random data.

    We then permanently delete the original images from our servers.

    The resulting face-swap image is only stored until it is delivered to you.

3.4 Data Retention Policy
We do not retain your face data after the face swap is completed. We have chosen this limited retention period to ensure we only use face data for its intended purpose and to protect your privacy. We explicitly do not retain face data indefinitely.

3.5 Sharing of Face Data
We do not share face data with any third parties. Because we do not share face data, no third parties collect, store, or process any face data on our behalf.
