  1. (imagine there are bullet points for these)
  2.
  3. Mik R1:
  4.
  5. Palpatine is a master strategist; so is Cap; Mannequin and Wax are smart
  6. Palpatine can use the force to keep everyone coordinated; he can sense intentions before actions
  7. Palpatine can force choke and force lightning at range
  8. Cap can decapitate at any point with his shield throws
  9. Wax can ricochet his bullets off his own bullets, or make the enemy's weapons turn against them
  10. Mannequin, Cap, and Niko are both practically impossible to hit at range
  11. No one can approach Palpatine due to his dual lightsabers
  12. Cap is highly skilled in CQC
  13. Niko is highly skilled in CQC
  14. Wax can re-establish range whenever he wants
  15. No one can approach Mannequin due to his concrete-shredding blades
  16. Jason has no piercing resistance, can't regenerate missing limbs or decapitation, and eats attacks without dodging all the time
  17. Verlux argued Satou can be incapacitated by being pushed into metal, which any member of Mik's team can do
  18. Predator can't take a punch, dies to headshots and gets actively hurt by gunfire. 3/5ths of Mik's team can sense invisible attackers.
  19. Punisher and Roland are human and can die to any attack from the other five.
  20.
  21. Verlux R1:
  22.
  23. Jason can withstand bullets, electricity, and blunt force
  24. Jason has the speed feats to get in close
  25. Jason has the strength feats to hurt the others
  26. Jason knows where everyone is
  27. Roland can fire super-accurately super-fast for the opponents' vitals
  28. Each bullet can blow off a man's head
  29. Roland's senses allow him to know where everyone is
  30. The others will try to kill Satou which will just reset him
  31. Satou has good reflexes
  32. The Black Ghost will be invisible, can sprint fast and impale people
  33. Predator is cloaked and knows where everyone is
  34. Predator can gib people with his offense from stealth
  35. Punisher can also shoot good
  36. Punisher can take damage
  37. Punisher can out-think Sheev's innate senses
  38. Battle plan: Roland, Punisher, and Predator open fire, Satou charges while also opening fire while the Black Ghost flanks. Jason appears among the ranks unharmed by gunfire.
  39. Palpatine has no notable reaction feats or durability
  40. Cap can get shot
  41. Niko has to read gunfire to react, bullets hurt him even if they don't pierce
  42. Wax's best reaction feat is to a crossbow
  43.
  44. Mik R2:
  45.
  46. Verlux's team requires that his team of loners execute a flawless strategy while Mik's team of hyper-geniuses stand there gormlessly
  47. Palps can sense objects and other things without thoughts, the anti-feats are because other force users can block these readings
  48. Verlux didn't mention the lightsabers and force-choking because he has no answer to this
  49. Verlux took the Cap anti-feat out of context, Cap uses the arm he was shot in to punch repeatedly in that sequence with little injury. This was also when he was without his shield and kevlar costume, just after getting his powers.
  50. Cap's durability is vastly better than Punisher's
  51. The quickdraw strategy doesn't work considering there is a huge amount of cover in between the two teams
  52. Wax ruins a gun-focused strategy, it takes 12 men firing on him for one bullet to slip through
  53. Mannequin didn't even have a coherent description of how he dies, none of his offense was mentioned
  54. Niko was given a vague description of dying at range because his CQC is absurdly deadly
  55. Jason is useless if he gets his head or limbs cut off
  56. Jason's travel speed doesn't matter because his reaction speed isn't up to snuff
  57. Punisher and Roland are useless without line of sight
  58. Palpatine can just force-choke them, he uses a force-choke move at the start of a fight against non-force users
  59. Wax can disarm them and protect against bullets, or just shoot them with their own guns
  60. Satou can get KO'd, the team isn't strictly lethal
  61. Verlux argued that the ghost can die easily and that its thoughts could be sensed.
  62. Cap, Palpatine, Mannequin, and Wax can all fight invisible attackers
  63. The plasmacaster's "good kick" is unquantifiable, Cap and Mannequin can totally no-sell it
  64. Verlux's team has teamwork and strategy antifeats, Mik's team has teamwork and strategy feats
  65.
  66. Verlux R2:
  67.
  68. Palpatine can't move people with the force and he doesn't opt for it to start off in-character
  69. Palpatine can reach out to Force-sensitive individuals, through the Force, not non-Force-sensitive people
  70. The gameplay scan for Palpatine is nonsensical
  71. Palpatine has no quantifiable speed that precludes bullets killing him
  72. Cap gets shot so this doesn't matter
  73. The shield doesn't matter, once he throws it he gets shot
  74. Cap has been tagged by bullets with time to react
  75. Niko doesn't matter because he gets shot
  76. Wax requires time to set up everything
  77. Mannequin has vague reaction speed, his chains get shot, he has bad durability
  78.
  79. OOT Requests:
  80.
  81. I thought all of them were in-tier, not much to say about it, all the other judges agree on that point.
  82.
  83. Overall:
  84.
  85. Verlux's strategy makes sense in a vacuum, but the teams don't have line of sight on each other the moment the battle starts. Not only is the Bass Pro Shop extremely cluttered, but the teams start off in separate rooms. Given the strong coordination and intelligence advantage as argued by Mik, I don't think that the hail of gunfire that mows his team down is likely to get set up the way Verlux wants. With Wax protecting the rest of his team, and the rest of the team protecting Wax, the heavily gun-reliant members of Verlux's team become majorly ineffective. This makes a CQC battle much more likely, which Mik brings up in his debate, while Verlux's counterargument is mostly focused on "they won't get up close". If both teams had started facing each other, this probably would have gone to Verlux's team for their ability to rapidly line up lethal shots, but the slight advantage given to Mikhail's team by the setting as-argued puts Mik ahead for me.
  86.
  87. Winner: Mikhail
  88.
