- Meadow had just taken a hot shower and gotten dressed for school, she went downstairs to greet the foster family that was hosting her, compared to when she arrived her Japanese was fluent as she greeted them. It was an old man and his wife, and every morning they prepared tamagoyaki and steamed rice for the student to munch down before school. They were kind people to welcome a complete stranger into their home and she did her best to help with chores like shopping and cleaning up so that they didn't need to do it themselves.
- "I'm off, Baba. Do we need anything from the store when I come back from school? - Have a good day at the office Jiji. Don't overwork yourself." The old lady handed her a shopping list and they said their goodbyes, each beginning their morning properly as she stepped out the front door, pulling her backpack onto her shoulder and heading to the bus stop down the street.
- She put on her sunglasses and headphones, playing some obscure J-rock CD she had bought downtown on a portable player, bouncing along down the sidewalk with superflous moves abound. She almost walked right into a bulky figure covered in dark green scales who had stopped right around the corner. "Sumimasen" She said habitually, as the figure turned and motioned for her to hush while pointing down the street. He looked terrified despite his large size, and now his outfit was clearly revealed to be that of a oversized salaryman.
- She pulled down her headphones to hear the man saying "Please Miss, be quiet or they'll hear us." which was promptly responded to with a loud groan followed by several quieter groans and the sound of naked feet slapping on concrete. "Ahh...Its over...Please run, I will try to hold them off" He said with an absolute lack of confidence, taking a stance that showed his clear lack of combat skills.
- But rather than run she stepped to the side and around him, flashing her liscence to the poor guy that seemed to take a massive weight off his shoulders. "I'll handle it Sir, we'll get this dealt with in time for you to make it to work" - She had already unraveled her capture tape from under her sleeves and a string of notes hovered in the air infront of her, expanding and snaking outward.
- She now stood facing a horde of ... Well, zombies. It was probably insensitive to call them that but they were quite literally decaying corpses shambling towards the two of them and groaning. Very few of them had the spark of any intellect in their eyes and the total number of eyes wasn't nearly as high as it was supposed to be. Ten or twelve corpses in surrounded the bus stop, within were three civilians huddled in a corner while a costumed hero held out his arms to the doorway, where they extended and formed a stoney wall like construct that the corpses brainlessly smacked against. - Several were walking repeatedly into the glass walls of the bus stop trying to reach those inside without registering the obstacle, while a remaining half dozen were shambling towards Meadow and Mr.Salaryman.
- The student raised her arms and adjusted the strange bracelets she wore, a loud keening noise sounded out before classical music filled the area. The snakelike movements of the lengthening stave abruptly forked into three seperate lines now, spreading out and snaking across the ground towards the shambling individuals. Many students would be hotheaded and rush right in, but she had no reason to move just yet - Or wouldnt have if not for the blue skinned man who suddenly threw the door of an armored bank transport through the air and into the bus stop sending glass everywhere "Hvað þú ert mikið rassgat!" was the explenative that escaped her mouth as she darted forwards.
- The closest few zombies were suddenly tripped as stanzas wrapped around their legs and yanked them, but she had to leave the rest behind as she rushed to aid the hero who was now surrounded on all sides, and the civilians who were now huddled at his feet as a last line of protection. The stave recoiled away from the zombies behind her and darted forward splitting again as it collided with several of the shambling corpses and bowled them over. "I'm here, Can you get them to safety?" She said to the unknown Pro, who looked to be worn down by the siege. "You can't fight the mastermind. Just detain these...Victims? And get out of here" Was the gruff response, he was reasonable enough to carry the frightened civvies on his shieldlike arm without wasting precious time second guessing the offer of help, and though he stumbled a bit from exhaustion due to fighting Drekus he began to make an exit, leaving Meadow surrounded by corpses and wielding nothing but scraps of cloth and...A surprisingly amount of musical notes in the air around her.

- She was late to school. It was unavoidable. She had secured the undead with her capture tape and retreated with the Pro Hero, but there was paperwork to do. And investigations that had to happen when a students quirk was involved in a scene with so many dead bodies. But Drekus was a known villain and the Pro Hero's testament made it quite easy to prove her story. He had gotten away of course, she wasn't an idiot who would try to fight a villian alone against orders. And though the bank had lost money the only injury was Mr. Salaryman who bonked his head on a street sign when he rushed forward to try and help because he thought Meadow was being ambushed by the undead.
- Mr Yunikon went easy on her, which was about what she expected. She just had to do a bit of extra homework to match the test she missed. He seemed more happy with the chance to praise one of his students publically and associate his name with ther accomplishment than whether or not it was a good idea for her to get tangled up in such a potentially dangerous situation.
