2.
7. Thou shall cryo unstable patients
[small]
3. When heavy injured arrive, put them in cryocells before surgery. Surgeons should NOT perform surgery on a patient that's at risk of death. Because this will both slow the surgeon down because the bone can't be mended and defibrilating can cause heart damage midway.
4.
5. And especially don't do surgery on patients with large toxin damage, unless they have an absolutely ridiculous amount of organ damage. Because large amounts of toxin will cause new organ damage mid surgery.
6.
7. But don't forget about the cryo'd patients!
8.
9. Cryocells are the most efficient way at removing damage, especially with clonexadone. You usually don't have to leave the patient inside for more than a minute. Cryocells are especially great against large amounts of toxin, which is the most common mid surgery death cause.

12.
8. Thou shall not use shutters
[small]
13. It's good if doctors can keep an eye on the status of other surgeries. Shutters are to be open unless in the case of an emergency. If you use them just so other doctors can't see you, they won't expect you to be confident in your skills either. So keep them open at let others help you.

16.
9. Thou shall be sterile
[small]
17. It is recommended to clean yourself with the surgery cleaner before each surgery. Just because you clean after each surgery, doesn't mean you won't get germs on you between surgeries. Also make sure to put out any smokes before surgery. And don't forget to keep the room clean too.

20.
10. Thou shall be prepared
[small]
21. Brain and eye damage is common, so always carry Alkysine and Imidazoline. I also recommend soporific and oxycodone or anethetic injectors as mentioned in sectioned 2.
