Flicker to Adrenaline potion

Skill(or transformation): Project - Creating a potion that will allow flicker to turn into Adrenaline
Reasoning: Osari has been trying for a while now to create a potion that would help empower Chrono a bit more. Each time though, has been too broad. However, she has now discussed ideas at length with Berl, and she thinks she knows what to do. He suggested Gene therapy and/or surgery, but due to circumstances that's not going to be possible right away.

So, Osari is going for a potion option still, or rather, a two step potion. For the first step, she will take blood and DNA from Chrono and mix it with a strong Mutagen and a healing potion, to heal the damage that would be caused. The second potion will be a strong anger enhancer, with a metabolize enhancer as well so he could drink it and the mutagen back to back. She is also going to buy a gene therapy to add with the potion to help with the gene manipulation. This will hopefully mutate his body to change his speed enhancement into a pure adrenaline enhancement. She is also dabbling in medical science to try and figure out if she can use surgery to help keep it more permanent, while also finding another tuffle who may be able to assist her if she can't learn surgery in time.

If this works, she'll have the basic to create two more different potions with slightly different effects, but that'll wait till after the first one is tried.
