APC

By taking apart Lu's old AT, (Armored truck) and collecting some more parts, and utilizing equipment such as a wielder, smelter, and other powerful equipment. By finding a beaten up APC, that only barely had its frame intact, Lu modified and adjusted the frame of it which suits it more as an APC. The APC has a total of 4 wheels on the front, one pair on the very front of it, the other behind that, and the last are its major back treads which is meant to help it go through the snow. It has two side doors which is how lu and her passenger enters, and having a major space in the back and having a driver and passenger. The APC also has a built into Mounted LMG turret, which fires high caliber rounds but at a slow rate of fire, the turret can rotate a complete 360 degrees and it has frontal armor which folds out. It does not need an operator, as it has a built in camera, which rotates with the gun and allows the Co-pilot to fire it from his current position, it holds up to around 440 rounds a mag and fires 55 rounds per minute. As per the amount of people it can carry, generally it's armor is actaully built in, made into it, so no plates will not fling off, or fall off, if a round was to penetrate it'll penetrate, although the armored layers before you could even get into the interior is around 12 layers and the total amount of thickness is around a couple of feet. The Armor is smoothed, and rounded out to go smoothly along with its frame, so it doesn't look blocky or that its armor cuts off around the wheels, the wheels also have a rim guard which goes around the outter wheel and guards it from bullets hitting the side of the tires. The rubber tires are about 4 inches thick meaning they can withstand crossbow bolts at close range.
Engine: Its engine from the previous AT, was scrapped and made into a new and better version of the actual engine, the engine is a 6 cylinder, with its own coolant, and it consumes more fuel, it also gives off extreme speed, and can give the APC at a speed of 45 MPH but its max is around 120.
Fuel Source: Its is completely electrical car, meaning it consumes electricity as a fuel source, although the engines are built to actually take what was needed and not to take more than what it could becoming extremely energy conservative, and generally the battery's size, were built into(under) the APC which they're are two separate kinds, one that is for the fuel source the other is for the Power.  The batteries are rechargeable and recharges as the vehicle stays in motion or is plugged into a power outlet that provides electricity.
Armor: it is designed to take heavy fire, although a .50 can well put it down, but if not shot in the right spot, it'll keep going shrugging it off(Aka the engines, or the wheels or the treads), which even upon impact the bullet losses massive altitude and some of its momentum, some are most likely to ricochet off just by how the body outlook and design too. it also has blast-door covers which comes over the window and actually the front and back lights actually have built in camera, which allows the driver to still drive. It is made out of stainless steel.
Treads: The treads are pretty difficult to blown off despite being made out actauly tungsten it also has a steel thin protective layer that protects the treads from the cold, the treads are also sharp in a sense meant to cut through snow fairly easily.

Features: This truck has a bit more features than the AT, one it has its turret feature, but it also has a replacement back up tread, which once blown the newer treads that comes out of a port that it opens up, slides it out and they latch the ends together by a magnetic clasp that is too strong to blown or rip off, even if you had help. It is also is extremely resistance towards EMP, its circuits actaully has tinfoil going over it, which guards it from Electrical pulses. Blast proof is obvious unless you shoot directly onto the windows which the blast doors are too slow to react to that.A piston action frontal bumber is built onto it which allows it to retract out and hit any one who gets too close mainly meant for mutants, as well as it has the ability to "lock" down, meaning sharp poles are shot into the ground and hooks itself into the ground preventing it to be knocked around by the winds, or thrown over, it is also extremely effective against mutants, as mutants wouldn't be able to knock it over or slide under it as it is too close and well anchored into the ground,aswell as  ungrabbale as it is far to smooth. It also has an airtight doors which opens out only in emergencies, and is mistaken for the actual armor, it is also a well armored area too, as a mechinical piston, has to bring it open or the driver has to kick it open.

Weaknesses: The tracks are the only thing replaceable i would go for the tires, as they are unreplaceable but are more guarded, another one is that a well placed .50 will end it just as quickly, although an RPG may have a major chance, to riochet or knock it of course or one shot it, it is depenable on where it is shot at.
