first of all its unreasonable to only have 10 people in a 10 man raiding guild because if 1 guy cant make it the whole guild is fucked
thats why we swap around people if we get more than 10 on a raiding day
everyone gets the raid the same amount

I understand your position
But won't share something i leveled to play and i ended up not being able to in the way i was expecting to. I jumped on the hype and put time on it it was basically a GD guild with no gearing runs and raidlogs. Now i don't have the will power to keep going for "the good stuff", i ranted about it and got no solutions, this is the first time someone tells me "everyone raids".

I hope you can understand, it's dead.
