For example on order #1868 it continues to send the client new invoices instead of 1868R-1, 1868R-2. Is it also possible for the cost adjustments to be expanded to see easily that it has had adjustments instead of needing to click on them and see the notes?

  46. 7. in the agent backend, the quality control station is the only station that allows us to send back orders to a certain stage. this functionality is necessary in each station with the option to send it where it needs to go. in addition, we need the the ability to send things forward to whichever station it needs to go after it has been sent back. please change the wording "SEND BACK TO A CERTAIN STATION" to "SEND TO A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT".

This bring us to a second question, of how will we know when a client pays for a cost adjustment?

  64. 13. for a client's completed orders in the archive workstation with a combination of SHIP ASAP and ARCHIVE, one of two things needs to happen. 1) we need to be able override/edit orders in the archive workstation to show they have been shipped OR 2) when a client selects SHIP ASAP instead of ARCHIVE and they already have orders in the archiving workstation, the system needs to recognize and label that all unshipped orders will ship together

We want this created so we can select when this notification is dismissed (like a box is checked because we send out a new client communication in the mail and this will be how we track when we've sent out the communication to them)
