Cyberpunk hazbin/helluva boss

I've had this idea after playing Cyberpunk.

>Judgement day finally decides to rear it's ugly head.
>Instead of having easy targets to go after, a large majority of earth's militaries are either so full of cybernetics they're hard to distinguish from robots or turned themselves into genetically engineered ubermensch.
>What was supposed to be a simple romp thru the living world turns into a decade long grueling war.
>At one point, Hell gets desperate and tries recruiting (conscripting) sinners into fighting.
>This goes has well as expected since sinner legions usually ended up rebelling or deserting.
>By the time the war ends, Earth ends up in a shitty state in where 90% of the population is crammed into mega-cities and outside of those fortified cities has hell's flora and fauna running amok.
>Mega-corps are now the defacto power on Earth since all of the nations from before collapsed from the sheer economic and environmental strain that the war caused.
>Also, all of that magical crap that demons and sinners are made out of have gotten on everything and ended up giving a portion of the human population psionic powers.
>Heaven is nowhere in sight during all of this, with the only thing left of it's existence is the exterminators who just wander the landscape.

>Meanwhile, the goetic demons enjoy their slightly larger yards, open hell beaches, and accessible stores because the sinners are mostly roaming the earth now.
>Noone has to wait in line for amusement park rides!
>Stolas is sitting at the front of a log flume, smiling.
