Who are we?

Welcome! We are a casual, unorthodox book club that give writers a chance to freely and shamelessly discuss their book. We enjoy talking about a book in a casual, no time-limit environment among friends and werewolf lovers and allows authors to get that feedback they crave in a friendly and positive manner.

So, how does this work?

For an undetermined time, we randomly select a member’s book to where the group read the first five chapters. Once you finish, head over to the thread to participate in a book discussion. Simple, right? With the discussion, rude comments, ugly behavior, put-downs or pretty much any negativity will NOT be tolerated and you will be removed from the club immediately. It’s one thing to give constructive criticism, but there’s a nice way to say something and an ugly way. Think in terms of how they can take their story to that next level and how they could improve their writing skills. It’s also important to also point out things they’re doing right too.
The book we read is determined randomly, and as long as you have participated in the book before and your book has five or more chapters you will be included random selection. If a book that has already been read is selected again, we will move on to the next five chapters. Though books that haven’t been read yet will have a higher chance than those that have. Unlike other book clubs, you’re free to read the current book or not, the only downside for you is your book won’t be in the next selection.
