Backstory:
Frank doesn't know where he came from. The first thing he can remember is waking up in the woods. The only thing that he had was a name tag saying "Frank". He assumed this was his name, and began to look for other signs of life. While he was exploring, he discovered that he had extensive knowledge of plants and animals. He decided to camp in the woods, using berries and small animals for sustenance. After camping on his own in the woods for a while, he stumbled upon Nobelia.

Years later, he had become acclimated to life in Nobelia. He began to sell herbal "Supplements" to high profile clients. This gained him notoriety among the city. He became the subject of a sting operation by Nobelian law enforcement. When he was caught, he was forced to use herbal knowledge to make medicines for HoNK.
