Superseding Authority

The nature of your quantum control has grown ever further than before, and achieved something truly 'impossible'. If you were some sort of plebeian, you'd call it a quantum constant-you could now instigate rules and fundamental laws-concerning yourself at least-that were absolute values even on a quantum level. If you dodged left then you'd always avoid an attack, or if you punched just like so then you'd always hit a vital area. You could only maintain one 'quantum constant' at a time so far and the entire process of building them up and breaking them down took a fair amount of time and effort, but now you could literally break quantum physics via making impossible constants. Vaguely you wondered how this was related to biology, but you could see the genetic strands encoding this so you eventually shrugged and accepted it.

Superseding Authority: You are capable of creating a singular 'quantum constant' that overrides any other logic, reality, or existence that disagrees. It must follow cause->effect format, such as "if you dodge left, then you shall always avoid the attack" and can only fundamentally affect yourself, but otherwise this is an ability either akin to or even superseding the authority of the gods in their own domain
