Banlist erratas:

Blackwing - Gofu the Vague Shadow
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) while you control no monsters. When this card is Special Summoned from the hand: You can Special Summon 2 "Vague Shadow Tokens" (Winged Beast/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0), but they cannot be Tributed or be used as Synchro or Link Material. You can banish this card and 1 or more face-up non-Tuners you control, then target 1 "Blackwing" Synchro Monster in your GY whose Level equals the total Levels the banished monsters had on the field; Special Summon it, and if you do, it is treated as a Tuner.

Dandylion
If this card is sent to the GY: Special Summon 2 "Fluff Tokens" (Plant-Type/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. These Tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon or used as Synchro or Link Material during the turn they are Special Summoned. You can only use this effect of "Dandylion" once per turn.

Double Iris Magician
(This card is always treated as a "Pendulum Dragon" card.)
If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can add 1 "Pendulumgraph" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Double Iris Magician" once per turn.

Fairy Tail - Snow
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change it to face-down Defense Position. If this card is in your GY (Quick Effect): You can banish 7 other cards from your hand, field, and/or GY; Special Summon this card. You can only use each effect of "Fairy Tail - Snow" once per turn.

Fishborg Blaster
If you control a face-up Level 3 or lower WATER monster and this card is in your GY: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon this card from your GY, but it cannot be used as Link Material. You can only use this effect of "Fishborg Blaster" once per turn. If this card is used as Synchro Material, all other Synchro Materials must be WATER.

Grinder Golem
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field by Special Summoning 2 "Grinder Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-up Attack Position on your side of the field. You can only Special Summon "Grinder Golem" once per turn this way. If you Special Summon this monster, you cannot Normal Summon or Set a monster during the same turn.

Level Eater
If this card is in your GY: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher monster you control; reduce its Level by 1, and if you do, Special Summon this card. You can only use this effect of "Level Eater" once per turn. This face-up card on the field cannot be Tributed, except for a Tribute Summon.

Magical Scientist
Pay 1000 LP; Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, but it cannot attack directly, also it is returned to the Extra Deck at the end of the turn. You can only use this effect of "Magical Scientist" once per turn.

Mind Master
You can pay 800 LP and Tribute 1 Psychic monster, except "Mind Master"; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Psychic monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Mind Master" once per turn.

Performage Plushfire
If this card on the field is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Performage" monster from your hand or Deck, except "Performage Plushfire". You can only use this effect of "Performage Plushfire" once per turn.

Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis
Cannot be Special Summoned, except with its own effect or by the effect of "Phoenixian Seed". If this card attacks: Destroy it after damage calculation. If this card you control is destroyed and sent to the GY: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. During your End Phase, if this card is in your GY: You can banish 1 Plant monster from your GY; Special Summon this card from your GY in Defense Position. You can only use this effect of "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis".

Samsara Lotus
Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Take 1000 damage. During the End Phase, if this card is in your GY and you control no Spell/Trap Cards: You can Special Summon this card from your GY in Attack Position. You can only use this effect of "Samsara Lotus" once per turn.

Substitoad
You can Tribute 1 monster; Special Summon 1 "Frog" monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Substitoad" once per turn. "Frog" monsters cannot be destroyed by battle.

Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom
Must be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by Tributing the above cards you control (in which case you do not use "Polymerization"). Once per turn: You can target 1 other monster on the field; until the End Phase, this card's name becomes that monster's original name, and replace this effect with that monster's original effects, also for the rest of this turn, if your monster attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.
