  1. Saga Frontier Remastered
  2. //___________________________________________________
  3.
  4. If you haven't already, read through my previous review(the non-remastered version) here https://pastebin.com/QfKa7RGn
  5.
  6. New:
  7. An additional 7 smaller stories with Fuse assisting the protagonist in a direct way.
  8. Unlimited character roster for battles(characters beyond third battle party are in reserve).
  9. Customizable New Game Plus which even lets you keep the enemy battle level which is useful for triggering technique learning or finding valuable rare loot.
  10. Safe zones so that the enemy battle level doesn't get too out of hand.
  11. Character recruitment options, such as Blue and Ren.
  12. Scenario routing.
  13. Dev meeting room.
  14. Exploits such as acquiring unique equipment more than once due to NG+.
  15. Superbosses.
  16. Song(s).
  17. Speed up options for battle and exploring.
  18.
  19. Missing:
  20. Menus are no longer able to be colored and transparency level edited.
  21. (Not technically missing from the old game but Fuse doesn't get his own story, he just hijacks others' stories, which is fine)
  22.
  23. Improved:
  24. Item and technique descriptions.
  25. Sprites for characters.
  26. Loading time on travelling.
  27. Shapeshifting is a little more user-friendly.
  28.
  29. Downgraded:
  30. Original field movement speed isn't default, which makes dodging enemy sprites harder(easy fix though).
  31. Can now run away from most battles, which is mostly a band-aid for the players that don't know how to get original movement speed.
  32. Irritating pronoun for the Mec, could have just called it female for all I care, pluralizing it is weird!
  33.
  34. //___________________________________________________
  35. //With all the new and important things added, and with the improvements included, this is by far the best remaster I've seen.
