I can say that earlier when I did inn chest early, I was like 1h25m behind ennopp when entering tf and ennopp was 15m early to clock tower in his 4:37. So 1h25m - 15m = 1h10m = 27s + 4.5s = 31.5s. Then we lose 13s to Inn chest and we lose 2.5*4 = 10s to 4 extra loading zones. So that's like 31.5 + 23 = 54.5s lost to cycle 1 stuff with ennopp's 4:37 tf rng/movement (his movement wasn't even perfect)
Note: in this trial I did ECT chest before tf, but really I think ECT chest after TF is better for movement (and we don't have to worry about clock tower cs in tf which is very slow compared to clock tower cs in clock town)

- assuming the rng ennopp got in his 4:37, this would mean lens SoT route loses roughly 67.6 - 54.5 = 13.1s
- if assuming worse rng, but good enough so that ennopp wouldn't have been late but instead just on time (i.e. 15m igt later), then 200r cycle 1 route loses an additional 6.75s (15m igt cycle 1 = 6.75s) and 13.1 - 6.75 = 6.35s
- alternatively, if you get better rng than ennopp's 4:37, then 200r cycle 1 route saves even more time
- 200r cycle 1 route has the option of bomb shop trip skip which can save even more time -- still being timed
