EAC Board Forum Opening

I may not have the most experience on ASUW, I may have had a very rocky start to my campaign, and quite frankly, I haven't been taking this as seriously as I should have. Over the weekend I did some soul searching. I spoke with various people, received feedback, and remembered why I am running. Yes, I want all students to have fun. At the same time, I understand the current state that the world is in right now, and I realize that it is no laughing matter. Still, why can't we have both? Currently, I and my team are working on the Spring Showdown. It's the first ever video game recreational league hosted at the University of Washington. It's open to all students who attend universities across the West Coast. We will be taking donations and selling shirts to contribute to the prize pools. 25% of all of the proceeds will be donated to the Husky Pride Fund to support the students who need the money the most. If elected, I promise, I will work tirelessly to get us through this pandemic and allow students to have fun at the same time.
