[Tactics]Gods to skip ult on

#Introduction
While it seems intuitive to always level your ult whenever possible, there are quite a few Gods where that is not actually that useful. This might be because other abilities are more advantageous to have extra points in, or simply that what you get in return for your skill point isn't worth it. Keep in mind that this is a very subjective topic, so for your play style, you might very well want to level the ults of some of the Gods on the list. You should also always put at least one point into the ult; skipping points doesn't mean not getting it at all, but not prioritizing it over other abilities further down the line.
