  5. Carmen: It looks like the Engineering Department is still looking into this issue. As soon as they have more information on your Wireless Keyboard and Mouse issue they will contact you via email.

  9. Carmen: The Saints Row issue is still being investigated as well.
  10. Transmeta: I've been patient with the service, but if I cannot use it, I see no reason to keep spending money when I cannot play most of my playpack games on the MC
  11. Transmeta: the wireless KB/Mouse issue is rather inexcusable, it had worked fine before, and when you put a fake wi-fi setting on the MC it was quickly rolled back
  12. Carmen: I apologize for the inconvenience we are working as fast as we can to get these issues resolved.
  13. Transmeta: yet we get nothing when it comes to fixing issues with hardware that previously worked
  14. Carmen: I understand your concern. I will let the Engineering Department know that you contacted us again about these issues.
