Hello,
I'd like to pop in some suggestions for the APL - Starter hub.
Currently, the skill gap is huge within the hub. This is preventing players who are actually half-decent getting enough points to get a move up to Challenger. There should be a regulation done in order to improve the quality of the matches, as the quality of the players is pretty bad and random. You've got level 1's playing really well, matching their actual skill level, then you got bad players roaming around with higher levels. Something should be done in order to actually improve the quality of the matches and close the skill gap within the hub. Also, there should be more admins always available, we've got toxic players roaming around matches and it's impossible to apprehend.
Please take this into consideration.
