Author's Notes/Updates

Update (3/17/2016):
	With the end of the term, all the free time has returned my desire to write. I have a new idea I'm going to flesh out for a bit and see where it goes before posting it here and elsewhere on the internet. I was thinking of cleaning up this pastebin a bit. Remove some oldies that I am not currently working on and are hardly developed as they are. Where the Underground Trail stands is fairly conflicted. On the one hand, I don't have any plans to start deconstructing it and working on the individual pieces any time soon. On the other hand, it's my most developed MLP fanfic on here. To any and all that still follow this pastebin, thank you for the support. Just seeing the numbers change every once in a while motivates me to write more for you guys. Can't wait for you guys to see what I'm planning.

Update (1/31/2016):
	I have cancelled my largest public story, "The Underground Trail". I updated a bit, as promised, but time away has made me realize its shortcomings. While writing my explanation for why I didn't want to continue, I realized that I had three different stories combined to make that one and each of them could be more interesting on their own.
	The Underground Trail as is would most naturally flow in staying in its current location, perhaps even travelling to other slaver owned lots. However, the direction I was strongly pushing it towards was a Diamond Tiara and Anon story which still has the strongest elements. These two clashing ideas made the story feel... unnatural. The third idea was just other characters who could use Slave Anon which was not coming in the foreseeable future.
	I will post any updates on plans to continue each fragment as they could be fairly decent on their own. However, "The Underground Trail", in it's current state (or even its potential revised state) doesn't hold up to my own expectations and limitations. I intentionally made the scope wide to give myself room to write but I ended up getting lost in all that empty space. There were good ideas there and I would like to revisit them. I just need more time to rework them and give those ideas justice.
	Thanks to everyone who read. Your views and critiques kept me going. I don't want to disappoint you guys with a shoddy story so "The Underground Trail" is cancelled. In the meantime, smaller oneshot stories will be written here.

Update (1/26/2016):
	I know its been a week or so since I've posted something new and part of that is something I mentioned briefly in my first paste. I am going to University as of now, and I've been focusing my efforts into being successful there. One of the classes I took for fun this term was actually a writing class. It was something not in my major that I thought would be fun to get a brief intro class in.
	There are weekly assignments where I write at least 2000 words total. I am given about fifteen prompts and pick three to write 500 words for. This is just the bare minimum requirements. The last 500 words is assigned to picking one of the three pieces of writing and revising it.
	I have been a bit hesitant about posting here, but it might be a good to show any of you that follow my work that, I am indeed, working on new content. Let me just disclaim that it is encouraged to not edit your work heavily while you write it to encourage the stable 1,500 word content a week. The 500 word revision is where editing and revising come into play. Essentially, the work from that class might not be polished and it follows a prompt, which blocks some freedom and choices, but I think the story idea might be interesting enough to be a satisfying update.
