  1. [21/05, 11:47] Arnold Muza: CSR Network Zimbabwe in conjuction with Japhet Mparutsa Foundation on the 18th of May donated 10 soccer balls and rubbish bins to Rukudzo Primary School in Kambuzuma.
  2. Focal person of all agriculture, Tasuwa Mamvura, said that the school is happy for the donations made by CSR Zimbabwe.
  3. “This term is a term for ball games and we thank CSR Zimbabwe for the balls.
  4. “This is the first thing CSR has done for us and it will assist in the training of our soccer players,” said Mamvura.
  5. Willard Razawo, the Executive Director of CSR Network Zimbabwe gave information on why the organisation donated balls to Rukudzo Primary.
  6. “CSR donated the balls and rubbish bins to Rukudzo Primary School as part of our social responsibility,” he said.
  7. Darrel Matekenya, a grade six pupil at Rukudzo Primary School expressed his happiness at the donations.
  8. “I play as a keeper for Rukudzo Primary soccer team.
  9. “I thank CSR for giving us balls because we only had one ball for the whole school.
  10. “Our school is now clean because they gave us bins,” said Matekenya.
  11. Clifford Mparutsa, Trustee of Japhet Mparutsa Foundation said that the balls will help groom the soccer talent of Rukudzo Primary School.
  12. “As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, the mandate of out foundation is to promote the development and upliftment of the less priviledged communities.
  13. “We also donated soccer balls to Wadzanai Primary School in Kambuzuma.
  14. “If they are to play schools such as Heritage School, they must have trained with the right soccer balls,” said Mparutsa.
