  1. Only Game Wardens may create new contracts. Contractors must send their contracts to a Game Warden who will then post it to the contracts channel. When a Game Warden has opened a new contract, it may only be legally removed by the contractor that posted it. Game Wardens must provide a reason to remove the contract to a member of the KE Council and/or the contractor.
  2.
  3. Contracts can be divided into the following types:
  4.
  5. Open - Open contracts remain valid.
  6.
  7. Closed - Closed contracts are no longer valid.
  8.
  9. Terminated - Terminated contracts are no longer valid because they were lawfully removed by a Game Warden or cancelled by the contractor.
  10.
  11. Static - Static contracts will remain open (unless lawfully removed by a Game Warden or cancelled by the contractor) until they produce a satisfactory result to the contractor at which point they will be declared closed.
  12.
  13. Deadline - Deadline contracts remain open until a time specified by the contract on the written contract. If a hunter(s) continues to act upon the contract after it's deadline has passed it will be considered poaching and the hunter(s) may face punishment.
  14.
  15. Raid - Raid contracts involve harassing an individual for a purpose listed in the contract by the contractor.
  16.
  17. Info - Info contracts involve observing an individual (or other entity) for the purpose of logging behavior which will be sent to the contractor.
  18.
  19. Contracts not succumbing to the laws of these terms are to be labelled as "Divergent." Divergent contracts must have detailed information on the target (if any) and the prerequisites to completion of the contract.
  20.
  21. If a hunter fails four consecutive contracts he/she will be considered inactive for the remainder of his/her punishment which is to be decided by the KE Council partially determined by his experience and record. When a hunter is inactive his status as a member to the Table will be revoked temporarily for the remainder of his/her punishment.
  22.
  23. Happy hunting.
