Sorry for my recent slacking, i've been using almost all of my free time to play path of exile for last couple days :pensive:  i try to find more time for rs responsibilities, but damn working 10h per day limits active hours :neutral_face: sorry for inconvenience

Another point I'd like to add to Magick's: Please remember to verify citadel caps when you see them. All that needs to be done, is post in the citadel cap channel saying "X" capped.

Just a reminder, even as full admins, you are expected to continue to meet the requirements for the position. While we do not have quotas, we do keep track of who is doing what they should:

1.    Search out and recruit new players.
2.    Bump the SK forum thread.
3.    Welcome guests and acknowledge members.
4.    Confirm citadel caps.

We've been slacking and that's not good.

forum thread has been on front page every time i checked, didnt want to spam bump it. i have just posted our ad in 4 posts that nobody had caught yet today.
ill keep looking throughout the day. ill try to hit 10 posts minimum today to make up for the slacking lol

Team,

Overall, we did a great job this week. We had a strong showing on the looking for a clan forum, with 47 total posts, between us all. The SK forum thread has been on page 1 of the recruitment section all week, as well thanks to our bumps.

Some feedback:

• Rather than posting 3-4 LFC posts in one day and then going silent, spread them out over the week. Not only are you helping us extend our coverage to times when others may not be available, you devote less time per day to the task and can spend more time in-game. This is something even I need to work on.

• Remember to check the SK thread on a regular interval. I recommend bookmarking the following link: http://services.runescape.com/m=forum/c=heiOklLb5v0/forums.ws?288,289,102,66084258
Something I would like to improve is our acceptance speed. We’ve had a few users who have been waiting for an acceptance for several hours this week.

• If you see someone’s cap message in-game please confirm their cap in the citadel capping channel. We have been missing caps (10+ this week were missed). This is not only for our team, but if you are on, it’s not a big ask.

• Please remember to cap at the citadel weekly. As admins, you are required to maintain fealty 3. Failure to do so could result in loss of your admin status, if repeated.

Lastly, don’t be afraid to take some initiative! Rather than wait for us to get on your case about it, we love to see our team exceed our expectations.
