High level app idea:
The Home History app is a reference and index for anything related to one’s home.

App Idea:
The app is a reference guide for every house-related issue one has. It is a reference for a homeowner and valuable for a buyer when the house is sold. There is an Appliance and Equipment section to record details on home appliances and equipment. Furniture and Décor records are similar details on art, design features, and furniture. The Infrastructure section relates to plumbing, wiring diagrams, and flooring. Another section is for Repairs and Renovation. A homeowner can record a new fence or a repaired water pipe. There is also a section for Contractors. Details like billing fairness, punctuality, demeanor, whether to hire again, etc.

User Stories:
As a user, I can:
1.	Record brands, purchase information, serial numbers, and warranty details on home appliances (kitchen) and equipment (A/V, IT).
2.	Record details as needed for furniture, small appliances, art, and décor.
3.	Record details on permanent home infrastructure (paint codes, faucet/lighting details), unique wiring (alarm, A/V), plumbing (sprinkler system, swimming pool), and IT (wire/wireless home-wide network, integration of smart home functionality).
4.	Record home repairs. Details include anything I do myself (new doorknob) or have done (new A/C). Space for manufacturer, model, warranty, cost, vendor, installer.
5.	Make notes on contractors used per job, amount paid, promptness, adherence to schedule, website, and recommendations.
6.	As Administrator: Amend, edit, or delete entries.
7.	Permit others to register as users.
8.  Permit others to view and add to (but not edit or delete) the contractor records.
8.	View and delete registered users.
9.	As Admin or User, change/reset my password.
