  1. CEMA (or the Cryptic Events Mitigation Agency) is a foundation centered around the security, management, and/or containment of anomalous entities and objects, or AEOs.
  2.
  3. The Anomaly Relocation Program is an effort to provide anomalies protection from discovery and maintain the status quo. This emphasizes secrecy and containment. There are three ways to contain an anomalous entity under ARP:
  4.
  5. >Anomalous entities deemed safe enough to function in society will be allowed to stay in their town, but kept under the eye of CEMA and must attend physical and mental checkups. Significant changes to the entity’s anomalous properties must be reported immediately. This procedure is called ARP-Alpha.
  6.
  7. >Anomalous entities deemed too dangerous to function in society will be moved to one of the many AE-A facilities. There, they will live as confortable of a life as possible within the CEMA guidelines. Failure to comply with CEMA staff will warrant a move to an AE-B facility. This procedure is called ARP-Beta.
  8.
  9. >Anomalous entities deemed to dangerous or uncooperative to function in AE-A facilities will be moved to AE-B facilites. There, they will live under strict discipline and they’re forcibly confined. This procedure is called ARP-Omega.
