Applying for: Tier 5 Ansatsuken (RPP is spent already)
Reasoning: Under many conditions, Chi has been defeated. Despite dedicating their life to monk like training, despite working on her ability to stay within her highest state of power, she is still toppled over by anyone worth a damn. It did not mean much if she could defeat weak humans, nor did it mean much to win at all. The Ansatsuken in some ways was a style designed for victory over fellow man, and she could not achieve that easily. Avery had unlocked the Satsui no Hado, but she had no interested to induldge in a state of wrath, she wanted to learn, to understand what it meant to fight someone, and to get her point across with her fists, and work her way to a 'perfect' state of mind, one where she has emptied her soul entirely to progress her art.

She was already by definition, a master of the style by itself, but that was not the end of it's capabilities, nor would she let it be the end.

Jazz was a dear friend to the lacking in friends Jaguar, someone she could understand, and in a turn of events has been slaughtered as a result of a death duel against Six, whom could be thought of as a nearly unstoppable force like the demons. It was not wrath she felt as a result, but a strong desire to correct something, Six wanted to be mayor, they theoretically earn that position by being potentially the strongest living creature, but Chi would resist that notion, not because she was a sore loser, but because she would use her strength to fight for what she wanted, as is her own philosophy, win or lose.

TLDR:
- Chi is not capable of taking on most noteworthy fighters, including Shekel, Avery(Satsui Human), The changelings, Tuyato, Gwyn, and even some less than noteworthy ones have bested her before.

- Embracing the Philosophy towards the power of nothingness, her path would be set in stone, she would not entirely abandon the desire to win, but she would not dare let it overtake her, it was time to empty her soul.

- Jazz, someone Chi understood and that understood her back, had died to Six. While they were not officially friends all of Chi's faith went into them as though they were a projection of her own self, but it was time to move past that, and fill in the gap of power.

Moment: I'm probably gonna go box Six to the death later, if I die or not is to be determined but I feel moment apping T5 wouldn't be fitting, or fun, given it'd likely have one admin vote, and would only be valid for 50% of my remaining health against a powerful foe.
